The Republican Women’s Federal Forum:

A Distinguished Tradition of Leadership and Influence

Founded in 1973 by some of the most esteemed women in American public life—including Betty Ford, Barbara Bush and Anne Armstrong (Presidential Counselor to Richard Nixon) - the Republican Women’s Federal Forum was envisioned as a premier gathering for women seeking to deepen their engagement with national policy and Republican leadership. These visionary founders recognized the critical need for a high-level platform to educate, empower, and connect conservative women in the heart of the nation’s capital.

Today, the Forum remains one of the most respected and influential organizations in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Each month, accomplished Republican women from across the nation convene at the historic Capitol Hill Club to hear directly from senior Republican leaders in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, along with nationally renowned public policy experts and political commentators.

Membership in the Forum includes a distinguished network of Administration officials, high-ranking appointees, business leaders, party strategists, and grassroots advocates—united by a shared commitment to principled leadership, informed civic participation, and the advancement of conservative values.

More than just a luncheon or a lecture, the Republican Women’s Federal Forum is a legacy institution—where ideas are exchanged, influence is cultivated, and the next generation of leaders is inspired.
